At Kickers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Our goal is to ensure your shopping experience is as seamless and stylish as our footwear.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is fully processed.
